This product can be applied morning and/or night.

Morning Use:

Take sheet mask out of the package
Carefully peel away the protective mesh layer.
Place the mask onto clean, dry skin.
Use your fingers to gently smooth the mask so that it fits over the face with gaps for the eyes, nose and mouth in the correct position.
Leave the mask on your face for 15 minutes.
Remove the mask and use fingertips to gently massage any leftover serum into the face, neck and décolleté.
Apply any serums and sunscreen.

Night Use:

Take sheet mask out of the package
