Salicylic Acid is found naturally in fruits such as blackberries, blueberries, cantaloupe (rockmelon), and apricots. It has been used for its medicinal properties since the time of Hippocrates.

Salicylic Acid cleaves the bonds between dead skin cells which may have formed or hardened on the skin surface. This allows the hardened layer to be sloughed off over time. Dead skin cells on the surface of the skin can make skin look dull and lifeless. Salicylic Acid also promotes the growth of new skin cells.

Aloe Vera and Urea moisturises the skin.
